The theme accompanies the pilgrim at each station, practical impulses help to adopt an appreciative basic attitude oneself and to learn to make others strong and to become stronger oneself, so that each pilgrim can take away his or her own experiences.

Altitude difference: 850 m
Großraming - Menweg - Gschoad - Stiedelsbach (Nagelschmiede) - Losenstein village square - Kirchenberg - Fatima Chapel - towards Sauzahn - Brettertal -Laussa. Variation: Steinerner Jäger (1,185 m)
Stage 2
Starting point: Laussa
Stage destination: Maria Neustift
Trail conditions: hiking trail, asphalt, forest road
Trail length: 21 km
Altitude difference: 950 m
Laussa village square - Sonnberg - long-distance trail 04/06 - Windpark - Spadenberg - Glasenberg - Maria Neustift;
Variant: from the Kleinschönleiten inn to the Sonnberg mountain
Stage 3
Starting point: Maria Neustift
Stage destination: Gaflenz
Trail conditions: hiking trail, asphalt, forest road
Trail length: 20 km
Altitude difference: 700 m
Maria Neustift - Krifter - direction Freithofberg - Neustifter Sattel - direction Großgschnaidt - Jausenstation Hochramskogel - direction Lindaumauer - Platten direction Neudorf - Lindau - Thalhof - Dornbergweg - Gaflenz.
Variants: Detour to the Freithofberghütte (985 m) or to the Lindaumauer (1,103 m).
Stage 4
Starting point: Gaflenz
Stage destination: Großraming
Trail conditions: hiking trail, asphalt, forest road
Trail length: 23 km
Altitude difference: 500 m
Gaflenz - Kreuzweg - Heiligenstein - via Heilgenstein hiking trail to Weyer - market square - Katzensteiner Mühle - on the Ennsradweg (R7) to Großaming
Tip:
The Sebaldusweg is not only a pilgrimage route but also a route with a lot of nature and culture. Along the route, hikers will find 7 churches, 2 pilgrimage churches, 30 chapels, museums of the Eisenwurzen Upper Austria and countless natural treasures.
Safety guidelines:
As there are few opportunities to stop for refreshments directly along the trail, it is advisable to take enough snacks and drinks with you.
Equipment:
Sturdy walking shoes, sun and rain protection, first aid kit for emergencies, possibly walking sticks.

From Passau: A8 Passau > Wels > A1 to motorway exit Enns-Steyr > B115 into the Ennstal
From Graz: A9 Pyhrn motorway > motorway exit Klaus > Grünburg > into the Ennstal.
Public Transit
The Ennstalbahn runs between Linz and Weißenbach-St. Gallen. Details at www.ooevv.at
Stations and railway stations are located in Steyr, Garsten, Lahrndorf, Dürnbach, Ternberg, Trattenbach, Losenstein, Reichraming, Großraming, Gaflenz, Weyer, Küpfern, Kastenreith, Kleinreifling and Weißenbach-St. Gallen.

- Losenstein: Public parking spaces at the railway station or at the Blasl family inn.

- Maria Neustift: Öffentliche Parkplätze (public parking spaces) on the left behind the Gemeindeamt (municipal office).
