The trail leads into the Rodelsbach into the idyllic Sandluckengraben and over the Lumplgraben onto the Hiaslberg. The descent leads us back a piece of our ascent and then left over the Bergerbauernalm on the front side of the Hiaslberg back to the starting point.

Directions:
From the parking lot the trail leads into the Rodelsbach, past some houses, left over the bridge into the Spriedelgraben and further along the stream straight into the idyllic Sandluckengraben.
Continue to a farmhouse (Bürscher) and then descend a bit on a goods road to a crossroads and up again to the Hirner farm. The forest road leads left to a farm that is no longer inhabited.
From there we go uphill again, first on a forest road, then on forest paths to the summit of the Hiaslberg.
The descent takes us back a bit of our ascent and then left via the Bergerbauernalm on the front side of the Hiaslberg back to the starting point.
Tip:
Climate-friendly to the National Park Region - railway station Großraming: By train you can reach the starting point for this hike in about 2 hours from Linz and in about 2.5 hours from Vienna.

From Passau: A8 Passau > Wels > A1 motorway exit Enns-Steyr > B115 into the Enns Valley
From Graz: A9 Pyhrnautobahn > motorway exit Klaus > Grünburg > into the Ennstal Valley
Public Transit
The Ennstalbahn runs between Linz and Weißenbach-St. Gallen.
