Our holiday home is located in the village of Oberplaißa in the National Park municipality of Großraming and is 6 km from the centre of the village in a quiet, sunny location in the midst of an idyllic mountain landscape. The location is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the Kalkalpen National Park Region.

Our holiday home is located at an altitude of 650 m in the village of Oberplaißa in the National Park municipality of Großraming, just 6 km from the town center, in a quiet, sunny location amidst an idyllic mountain landscape. The location is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in the Kalkalpen National Park region.

The living area of the house consists of a double room, a spacious kitchen with a dining table, a cozily furnished living room with a satellite TV, and a bathroom with a shower and WC. In the basement, there is a sauna with a shower and a lounge for ten people. The attic contains a sleeping area for five people. In total, there are 90 m² of living space available.

The conservatory and balcony invite you to simply unwind, relax, and enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. Delight in the songs of the birds and listen to the sounds of nature.
