You will receive expert information about hiking, cycling, and riding trails, guided ranger tours, and excursion tips in the Kalkalpen National Park region of Enns and Steyrtal.

The visitor center is the booking office for guided national park tours, e.g., World Heritage Tour "Through the Hintergebirge".

Arrival

Accessibility / arrival

Take the exit Klaus on the A9 Pyhrn motorway and turn right onto the B138. After about 500 meters, turn right onto Steyrtalstraße. After the tunnel in Grünburg, turn right after 100 meters towards Ternberg and follow the road to its end. There, turn right onto the federal road B115 and follow it until you reach the visitor center on the right between Reichraming and Großraming.

Drive from Windischgarsten over the Hengstpass to the end where you turn right. Now follow the B117 to the end and turn left onto the federal road B115. Between Großraming and Reichraming, you will find the visitor center on your left.
